Mastering the Coupon Printer

Jan. 9, 2010

Now that we shop at chain grocery stores, we figured it’s time to get our moneys worth and clip some coupons. Every other week the Today Show does some special report on how you can get $100 worth of groceries for .25 cents. So I figured out why not lets give it a go. So I went online marked the coupons I wanted to clip then proceeded to print. Well for some reason the coupons printer wouldn’t download. I refreshed, restarted even switched computers and could not figure out how to print them out. After about 20 minutes of struggle, I realized that the coupon printer doesn’t support google crome – it’s still living in the 90s and using explorer. So with coupons in tow off we head on our marathon afternoon of shopping Bed Bath and Beyond, Costco, and finally Stop and Shop. As we get to the checkout counter I realize that we did not purchase one thing we had a coupon for. So much for saving:(
